Raghu - Raghvendra Pande - is a 2009-2011 MBA- HR batch student from Amity Business School, Amity University NOIDA. He is Manager - HR operations at Sterlite Power. He has been one of the first ones for me in the classrooms of Amity. I was just a few years elder to him and his batch. So, it has developed into an exquisite relationship with him. He has been a skilled and sensible HR Professional who knows the in-and-out of what works in the jobs, hiring and working. 

Raghu has recently started learning guitar and is someone who is blunt, happy and clear in his approach. One cannot avoid taking pride in being his teacher from the classroom. 

He shares his experience, bonding with me, and insists on the importance of Communication Skills aka Business Communication.
